Examination

The course concludes with an online examination consisting of:

• 30 multiple-choice questions
• 45-minute examination

Students must complete the examination within one year of the course start date.

If you miss your scheduled examination or register after the published deadline, additional WSET examination or rescheduling fees may apply.

Entry Requirements

• No previous wine knowledge is required.
• Students must be 21 years of age or older to enroll.

Certification

Students who successfully complete the examination will receive the internationally recognized WSET Level 1 Award in Wines digital certificate, issued by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in London.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Tuition includes a non-refundable $100 registration deposit.
• Cancellations received 15 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a refund, less the $100 non-refundable registration deposit.
• Cancellations received less than 15 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund. Whenever possible, tuition may be transferred to a future course, subject to Prince of Wine Academy approval.
• If Prince of Wine Academy cancels a course, students may choose either a full refund or transfer their enrollment to a future course.
